What do you love most about your work at GenU?

"I love bringing a positive change to the lives of our children and caregivers. I also love bringing hope to the disadvantaged."

What does 'Ubuntu' mean to you? Ubuntu means to stand up for what you believe is right and also to advocate for those who do not have a voice themselves.

What have the kids of GenU taught you? They have taught me resilience and that maintaining a positive spirit can take you through any challenge in life.

What do you love most about your work at GenU?

 “I love being at Generation Ubuntu because this organization respects the child’s interest first. Children need someone to advocate for them, someone to help. I believe that there is no difference between a child who is living with HIV and one who is not."

"I love coming to GenU and seeing the happy and strong faces of our children."

"I get to be a mother, sister, mentor, educator, and supporter to all these beautiful kids."

What does 'Ubuntu' mean to you? It takes a village to raise a child.

What have the kids of GenU taught you? To always stay humble, to appreciate life more, and to live my life to the fullest. Laughter heals all.
